I bring depth, precision, and care to every class.

  • 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, with a strong focus on biomechanics and fascia — supporting strength and safety.

  • Ex-sports instructor. Breathwork, Energy Entrainment and Meditation trained.

  • Vagus-nerve-informed yoga, designed to calm the nervous system, release stored stress, and reconnect you with your inner self - A meditation in motion.

  • Science-based intelligent biomechanics and alignment to avoid injury — so your practice supports your life. Whether you're in your 20s or 80s, this will give you the tools and mindset you need to transform.

  • The sessions pushed me physically but not to the point of discomfort. Over the 3 sessions, there were some positions repeated, which I felt was helpful as I was able to push myself a little more, knowing more about what to expect and how to do the position correctly. The sessions were tailored to take account of any pain/injuries. Nila also recommended what i could do between sessions to help improve some stiffness.
